When can you expect the delivery of your order?

After you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders placed before 13.00 GMT+1 will be sent same working day. After 13.00 GMT +1 will be send next working day. After your order is picked up by the courier, you will recieve a Track and Trace so you can track your order. When something needs to be changed like a delivery address or delivery day, please notice us directly so we can inform the shipping partners. In this way we can guarantee you an efficient delivery of your order.

For deliveries to the USA, Canada and Australia we have a new partnership with the high quality courier Fedex. They have excellent service and  short shipping times.

    *COVID-19 update: Due to the Covid pandemic, there are regular delays in deliveries by our shipping partners. There has been a huge increase in package shipments due to regional closures. There are also fewer planes and fewer personnel at the airports. As a result, transit times and any customs formalities may take longer than usual.

    Please contact us first! Our goal is to have everyone comfortably and independently putting on and taking off their compression stockings and we have a lot of experience in this. We will do our utmost to achieve this with you too, and in 99% of the cases we succeed!

    - Do you use the right size? We will send another size free of charge.
    - Have you already viewed our extensive instructions & instruction videos?
    - If the toe or heel piece of the stocking isn't positioned correctly, we will make sure that it will! Please contact us.

    And if it really doesn't work out or our products are just not what you are looking for?

    We have 30 days return policy - money back guarantee. This means you can test the product at home within 30 days. Not satisfied? Change for another size or product or make use of the money-back-guarantee. This can be done easily without any reason within 30 days after purchase.

    Returning a product is as simple as 2 steps

    1. Register your return using the form in "Step 1" so that we know that your product is being returned.
    2. Download the return form, print it out and fill it out as completely as possible.

    Step 1 - Register your return

    If you are returning items purchased online and would like to receive a refund, please then fill out the return form and return it with all of the item(s) in question. We would appreciate if you also indicate the reason for the return. This way you will help us to improve our service. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 business days.

    Step 2 - Download and fill in the return form 

    The return address is indicated on the return form.

    Download the return form here and fill it out as completely as possible. Then add the form to your return, preferably at the top side of your package.

    Return terms:
    Returns can be made up to 30 days after receipt of the product.
    Returns can only be made in the original packaging.
    The product must not be damaged.
    Returns without a form sent cannot be processed.
    Credit will be issued upon receipt, verification and approval.
    Please keep the shipping receipt in a safe place.

    The warranty period for Steve + and Steve + easyON is 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period for Steve Glide Dolphin and Steve Glide Clipper is 6 months from the date of purchase.
